Acoustic panel production line processes polyester fibers and low-melting fibers through opening, blending, carding, web forming, needle punching, and thermal bonding to produce nonwoven sheets. Products of different GSMs, thicknesses, and densities can be produced by selecting different fiber ratios and adjusting the process according to different market demands.
Acoustic panel production line is utilized for producing a new type of environmentally friendly sound-absorbing material by combining special needle punching nonwoven technology with thermal bonding processes.
Acoustic panel production line is flexibly adapted according to different raw materials and product requirements. It mainly includes fiber opening and blending equipment, carding machines, web formation machines, needle punching machines, winding machines, etc., to meet production needs. The needle punching machine is often selected for its high-speed performance to achieve a good fabric surface effect and density, and it can be reused multiple times.
