Shoe material production line processes various fiber raw materials through opening, blending, carding, web forming, needle punching, and thermal calendaring processes to produce rolls of fabric. Subsequently, the nonwoven rolls can undergo further processing or additional chemical bonding treatments.
It utilizes needle punching technology as primarily process to produce insole board substrate and shoes lining.
The nonwoven felt made by this line subsequently will be used as substrate or base material for making insole board, toe puff, shoes lining, etc.
