Cleaning cloth production line processes polyester fibers and water absorbent fibers through opening, blending, carding, web forming, needle punching, and thermal calendaring processes to produce rolls of fabric. Depending on different market demands, various fiber ratios can be selected, and the process can be adjusted to produce cleaning cloth products with different textures, absorbencies, and durability.
The configuration of this nonwoven production line is flexibly adapted according to different raw materials and product requirements. The needle punching machine, in particular, is often selected for its high-speed capabilities to achieve good fabric surface effects and density, and it can be reused multiple times.
