The product made by airlaid web formation possesses better 3D fiber orientation, enhancing the thermal insulation properties.
Various types of short fibers are blended with hot melt fibers and processed through opening, blending, carding, aerodynamic web forming, thermal bonding, and drying processes to produce rigid sheets. Different fiber combinations and process adjustments can be chosen according to various market demands to produce products with different GSMs and thicknesses.
Using this nonwoven production line, insulation and soundproofing materials can be produced, widely used in automotive interiors, construction, furniture mattresses, sofas, and other products as intermediate or base layers.
