The functionalities of the carpet backing line encompass back-coating or impregnation treatment, width stretching and shaping treatment, and composite processing. Customized designs can diversify its functionalities to adapt to different production needs based on the characteristics of different products and technical processing requirements.
Carpet backing line is mainly used in the post-processing of needle-punched nonwoven products in nonwoven machinery.
For nonwoven carpet products, back coating is generally required for curing after heating, while web bonding and drying treatment are applied to shape the products.
In addition, common geotextiles, synthetic leather substrates, shoe fabrics, and other products all involve post-processing procedures requiring width stretching and shaping.
